StartMyFactory (a division of Zeyphra Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) operates strictly as a business consultancy and facilitation platform. We do not manufacture machinery, supply raw materials directly, or guarantee buyers for your final product. Our role is to connect you with verified third-party vendors and provide strategic market insights. All final agreements for machinery, setup, and materials are between the client and the respective vendors.

2. No Guarantee of Sales or Profits

Any income, profit estimations, or earning potentials displayed on our website, social media, or shared during consultations are strictly algorithmic averages and historical estimations. Business success depends entirely on the client’s operational execution, local market dynamics, and independent effort. We are completely absolved of any financial losses, liability, or operational failures faced by the client.

3. Zero Verification Liability

While we strive to shortlist verified machinery and raw material vendors, we hold no legal liability for any defects, delays, warranty breaches, or fraud committed by these independent third parties. It is the client’s sole responsibility to inspect machinery and negotiate final terms before initiating financial transactions.

4. Legal & Brand Protection Clause

Clients agree to hold StartMyFactory and Zeyphra Technologies Pvt. Ltd. harmless against any claims, losses, damages, legal suits, or liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the factory setup, equipment usage, labor disputes, or statutory non-compliance. Government licenses (GST, MSME, Pollution NOC, etc.) are the sole obligation of the business owner.

5. Data Storage and Privacy

We collect client inquiries (name, phone, location) solely to communicate consulting strategies and package details. We do not sell this data to unauthorized third-party brokers. All data is securely stored on enterprise servers (Firebase).
